Bank of India inches up on raising Rs 500 crore through bonds

Bank of India is currently trading at Rs. 193.65, up by 0.05 points or 0.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 193.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 197.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 197.00 and Rs. 192.75 respectively. So far 123494 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 201.00 on 26-Oct-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.80 on 09-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 197.70 and Rs. 179.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22950.58 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.12%, while institutions and non-institutions held 19.26% and 5.62% respectively.

Bank of India has raised Rs 500 crore by issue of Basel-III Complaint Additional Tier-I Perpetual Bonds. The coupon rate is 8.79% p.a. and call option is after 5 years. The Bonds have been rated as BWR AA-(Outlook Stable) by Brickwork Ratings India and IND A+ (Outlook Stable) by India Ratings and Research.
