Pursuant to regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, VIP Clothing has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the November 8th 2017, at the registered office of the Company, to consider and fix the Issue Price, Issue Size, Entitlement Ratio, Fractional Entitlement and Record Date for determining eligibility of the shareholders to whom the equity shares are to be issued under the proposed Rights Issue of the Company. Further, the Company has informed that in view of the above the trading window for dealing with Equity Shares of the Company has been closed with immediate effect and shall continue to remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the Board Meeting.
