Tata Power Delhi Distribution (TPDDL), a joint venture (JV) of Tata Power and the Government of Delhi, has become the first utility in the country to receive Solar Power 1A (SP 1A) highest rating from Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).
The acknowledgement has been credited to TPDDL as highest honour rating of SP 1A (pronounced as Solar Power One A) as a System Integration Grading for Solar PV projects. The highest grading denotes Highest Performance Capability and Highest Financial Strength of TPDDL to undertake system integration for solar PV projects.
