Motherson Sumi Systems has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2017.
The company has reported 37.15% jump in its net profit at Rs 271.51 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2017 as compared to Rs 197.97 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 8.34% at Rs 1922.45 crore for Q2FY18 as compared Rs 1774.50 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidate basis, the company has reported 23.67% rise in its net profit at Rs 593.45 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 479.85 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY17. Total consolidated income of the company rose 30.08% at Rs 13446.88 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 10337.08 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.
