Care Ratings’ Joint Venture Company (JVC) - CARE Ratings (Nepal) where the company holds 51% stake has been granted the License to operate credit rating business. The JVC has received a letter from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) informing about the same pursuant to its Rule 10 of Credit Rating Regulations, 2011.

Care Ratings is a second largest full service credit rating company in India, offering rating and grading services across a diverse range of instruments and industries including IPO grading, equity grading, and grading of various types of enterprises, including shipyards, maritime training institutes, construction companies and rating of real estate projects, among others.
