Hero MotoCorp is reportedly working on two electric models for commercial rollout in the next two to three years. In this regards, the company’s development work is on at its research and development centre in Jaipur.
Moreover, the company has invested Rs 205 crore in Ather Energy, a Bengaluru-based entity which is developing electric two-wheelers. The company intends to enhance its participation in the electric vehicle (EV) space by pursuing its internal EV programme, in addition to partnering with Ather.
