Sobha has reportedly launched a super luxury waterfront residential project in Kochi ‘Marina One’, being built in co-ownership with Puravankara. The project will have 12 towers and a total of 1,141 apartments. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by 2021.
The project will have two, three and four bedroom super luxury apartments. The size of the apartment units ranges from 2482.65 square feet to 3710.67 square feet.
Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
