Renaissance Jewellery's promoter Hitesh M. Shah has sold 2,195 shares of the company on the NSE at an average price of Rs 192.92 a share on November 27. The selling was to meet the minimum public shareholding requirement of the company. Following the selling, the promoter holding came to 75%.
