PNC Infratech advances on receiving financial closure for Jhansi-Khajuraho section

PNC Infratech is currently trading at Rs. 192.80, up by 4.55 points or 2.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 188.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 194.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 198.30 and Rs. 190.65 respectively. So far 27,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 214.25 on 02-Nov-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.00 on 30-Dec-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 198.30 and Rs. 181.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4,946.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.07%, while public held 43.93% respectively.

PNC Infratech has received letter from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) regarding the achievement of Financial Closure on November 01, 2017 for the project of four laning of Jhansi - Khajuraho section (Package - I) from Km 0.00 to Km 76.3 (existing Km 108.300 of NH-25 Kanpur - Jhansi Section to Km 82.10) of NH - 75/76 in the State of UP / MP under NHDP Phase - III on Hybrid Annuity Mode. This project is being implemented by PNC Bundelkhand Highways, a Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated by the company.
