Indo-National has received an approval to provide Corporate Guarantee of Rs 8.50 crore to HDFC Bank Chennai on behalf of Kineco, a step one subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on December 5, 2017 has approved for the same.
Besides, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) is investigating the zinc carbon dry cell battery industry including the company in relation to cartelization. The company has fully cooperated in this investigation and provided all necessary documents / explanations.
