Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, HP Cotton Textile Mills has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is Scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 13th December, 2017 at Hotel, The Surya, New Friends Colony, New Delhi -110025 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2017. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 & 51 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from 7th December, 2017 and will reopen 48 hours after the results for the Quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2017 are made public in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading.
