Further, the board has proposed the name of Ravinder Gupta & Associates, Delhi for appointment as Statutory Auditor of the Company to fill casual vacancy arise by resignation of existing Statutory Auditor. Further Ravinder Gupta & Associates., has given their consent to act as a Statutory Auditor of the Company. The Appointment of Ravinder Gupta & Associates., will be made at the ensuing EGM.
