Kajaria Ceramics has received an approval for making investment up to 8% of paid up equity shares of Clean Solar Power (Jaipur), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hero Future Energies i.e. at par value aggregating up to Rs 2 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on December 08, 2017, approved the same.
