Tata Chemicals has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary-- Ncourage Social Enterprise Foundation (NewCo), with effect from December 8, 2017

The NewCo is incorporated to promote social enterprises as part of CSR. The NewCo is incorporated with an Authorised Capital of Rs 5 lakh. The Company has subscribed to 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 5 lakh.

Tata Chemicals is the second-largest producer of soda ash in the world with manufacturing facilities in India, UK, Kenya and USA. It is India’s leading crop nutrients player and a leading player in crop protection business through its subsidiary Rallis India.
