Kansai Nerolac Paints has informed that the trading Window of the Company shall be closed from Friday, 5th January, 2018 to Tuesday, 23rd January, 2018 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. It is clarified that Trading Window of the Company is closed only for the Directors/ Officers/ designated employees/ Insiders of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
