Urja Global is planning to takeover 5 MW Solar Project and set up the 100 MW Solar Projects. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2017, to approve the same.

The company is also planning foreign direct investment from MK Star Development.

Urja Global is a non renewable and renewable energy developer and operator. It is engaged in design, consultancy, integration, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of off-grid and grid connected solar power plants.
