Kridhan Infra inks SSA to increase stake in VNC

Kridhan Infra (KIL) has signed a Share Subscription Agreement (SSA) to significantly enhance its strategic stake in Vijay Nirman Company (VNC). Post the completion of the transaction, VNC will operate as a majority owned subsidiary of KIL.

KIL had earlier signed a SPA to acquire a strategic stake in VNC in October 2017. An additional SSA has been signed to consolidate its holding to majority.

Kridhan Infra is an ISO 9001:2008 certified infrastructure solutions company. Established in 2006 with headquarters in Mumbai, Kridhan Infra is one of the pioneers in introducing the concept of ready to use steel for the construction industry in the country.
