Max India’s equal joint venture (JV) with Life Healthcare (South Africa) - Max Healthcare Institute has filed an appeal with the appropriate authority against the cancellation of the license of one of its hospitals at Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi.
Earlier, the company had also requested Delhi Government to review their decision and restore the registration. This decision has caused significant inconvenience to thousands of patients and local residents and this is further compounded by unavailability of suitable alternatives for their medical needs in the vicinity.
