IST has informed about Submission of the copies of the Newspaper publications under Regulation 47(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with regard to publication of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2017, as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 14th December, 2017. The results have been published in the newspapers (both English and Hindi) on 16th December, 2017.
