KNR Construction’s promoter Kamidi Yashoda has sold 16 lakh shares (1.14% stake) of the company through an open market transaction. Pursuant to divestment, Kamidi Yashoda held 5.41% stake in the company and pursuant to sale the holding stood at around 4.27%.
KNR Construction is a multi domain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
