Satin Creditcare surges on raising Rs 200 crore via NCDs

Satin Creditcare Network is currently trading at Rs. 432.65, up by 7.05 points or 1.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 425.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 431.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 434.80 and Rs. 422.95 respectively. So far 7336 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 477.10 on 07-Feb-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 243.55 on 12-Jun-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 446.25 and Rs. 380.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1930.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 29.25%, while institutions and non-institutions held 31.29% and 39.46% respectively.

Satin Creditcare Network has raised Rs 200 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company has received its board's approval for allotment of 2,000 NCDs worth Rs 10 lakh each. The company's Working Committee of the Board of Director gave approval for the same at their meeting held on December 19, 2017.

Satin Creditcare Network is one of the largest Microfinance Institutions (MFI) in Northern India, and is the 3rd largest MFI in the country.
