In compliance to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NHPC has informed that Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 21.12.2017 has, while considering one of the items, directed to alter Memorandum of Association of the Company to enable it to apply CERC for trading license. The amendment to Memorandum of Association will be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of a special resolution and other statutory or administrative approvals, if any required. The meeting commenced at 11.00 A.M. and concluded at 02:50 P.M.
