Urja Global has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 20, 2012, has considered and approved the issue of 3,50,00,000 warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares to promoters & various strategic investors on preferential basis, subject to the approval of members and other applicable authority.
Further, the board has fixed the date of the annual general meeting of the company as on July 28, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Hindi Bhawan, 11, Vishnu Digamabar Marg, Delhi, 110002 and considered the business plan for the year 2013.
