HDFC Bank trades in green on the BSE

HDFC Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1873.50, up by 15.65 points or 0.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 1857.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1862.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1877.70 and Rs. 1859.00 respectively. So far 83064 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1905.00 on 20-Dec-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1181.75 on 05-Jan-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,880.85 and Rs. 1851.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 485842.44 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 25.73%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.75% and 18.51% respectively.

HDFC Bank has tied-up with agri service solutions provider Sohan Lal Commodity Management (SLCM) having operations across India and Myanmar in order to provide collateral management services. This tie-up will not only help improve the farmers’ access to post-harvest credits at affordable interest rates, it will also provide easy access to scientific storage facilities leading to a fair price discovery of their produce in the market.
