Pursuant to the Company’s Insider Trading Policy to regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and applicable SEBI Regulations, Royal Orchid Hotels has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Insiders stands closed from 1st January 2018 till the second day after the submission of the Un-Audited Financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2017 to the Stock exchanges.
