Arrow Greentech (AGTL) has received a grant for patent titled ‘High Security Paper and Process of Manufacture in India’ from Indian Patent Office dated January 03, 2018.
The invention relates to high security paper wherein the security features are incorporated into the paper during the manufacturing process using a polymeric film as a carrier for the security features.
The invention provides a process of delivering one or more security features at precise places into security paper during the manufacturing process.
This invention will support the government of India's Make in India initiative in many sectors such as security paper for Bank Notes and other paper-based security products such as Passport, Visa, Identity documents, Acedemic and Qualifiation Certificates, High-Value Security Packaging etc. The invention will boost the efforts to prevent counterfeiting of Bank Notes.
