Tata Power inaugurates Electrical Safety Week in Mumbai

Tata Power along with the Ministry for Energy of Maharashtra has inaugurated the ‘Electrical Safety Week’ in Mumbai. The ‘Electrical Safety Week’ was inaugurated at a function at Yashwantrao Chavan Auditorium in Mumbai. The event also witnessed the launch of the Electrical Inspectorate website and an electrical safety hand book.

The week long programme will educate citizens across Maharashtra on the importance of using ISI marked electrical equipments, importance of earth leakage circuit breakers (ECLB) and equipment earthing, as well as avoiding overloading of electric circuits, to name a few.
