Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Subros has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 30th January, 2018, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017. Further, In terms of the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the said Code from January 20, 2018 for the purpose of, declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of results.
