IMP Powers touches roof on entering into license agreement with Smart Hydro Power GmbH

IMP Powers is locked at upper circuit at Rs. 125.25, up by 5.95 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 119.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 125.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 125.25 and Rs. 125.25 respectively. So far 1,611 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 130.25 on 27-Dec-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 71.80 on 23-Aug-2017.

IMP Powers has entered into a license agreement for 20 years with Smart Hydro Power GmbH - a German Company establishing an exclusive right for manufacturing the turbines and exhibiting Smart free Stream and Smart Monofloat under its own brand name in the License territory i.e. India, Laos, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Eastern Africa. Smart Hydro Power GmbH has chosen to give the exclusive rights of its proprietary products and technologies to the company as per the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the License Agreement.
