Ashoka Buildcon’s special purpose vehicle (SPV) - Ashoka GVR Mudhol Nipani Roads has received Completion Certificate for the entire work of Mudhol-Nipani Road Project. Earlier, the company had received Commercial Operation Date (CoD) for Mudhol-Nipani Road Project executed by Ashoka GVR Mudhol Nipani Roads entitling it to receive payment of Annuity.
The SPV is executing the Project viz. Designing, Building, Financing, Operation & Maintenance, Rehabilitation and Upgradation of the Existing State Highway (SH18) from Mudhol to Nipani (approximately length 107.937 Kms) in the state of Karnataka on DBFOMT Annuity Basis.
Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
