Somany Ceramics has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the company, the trading window shall be closed with effect from 20th January, 2018. The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017 to be considered by the Board at their meeting scheduled to be held on 30th January, 2018.
