Shree Renuka Sugars has informed about meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 30th January, 2018 to consider issuance of securities to the lenders of the Company pursuant to the debt restructuring exercise being undertaken by the Company with the assistance and consent of its lenders, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India and issuance of securities on a preferential basis to Wilmar Sugar Holdings in supersession of the earlier resolutions passed by the shareholders at their meetings held on 21st December, 2017 and 24th August, 2017 respectively.
