Radha Madhav surges on plan to incorporate WOS in Hong Kong

Radha Madhav Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 27.30, up by 0.15 points or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 27.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 27.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 28.30 and Rs. 26.80 respectively. So far 99618 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 41.10 on 03-Oct-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 24.45 on 31-Oct-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 28.30 and Rs. 26.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 178.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 16.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.69% and 82.98% respectively.

Radha Madhav Corporation has proposed to form a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) by the name i.e ‘Radha Madhav HK’ or similar other name in Hong Kong, in view of exploring business opportunities of retail, trading and direct selling in south east Asian countries and for the all-round growth of the company. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on January 24, 2018, proposed the same.

Radha Madhav Corporation activities can be divided into two areas; primary packaging and secondary packaging. Primary packaging is again divided into flexible division and folded carton division while secondary packaging includes products like liners, specialty thermoformable films, cartons and various profiles for varied applications.
