Indian Bank has informed that meeting of board of directors of the Bank will be held on Monday, the February 12, 2018 for approving the Standalone Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2017. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from January 29, 2018 to February 14, 2018 for Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank. The Trading Window will open on February 15, 2018.
