Fiem Industries has informed that a fire incident happened yesterday around noon in one portion of their Unit-5, situated at Kelamanglam Road, Achettipalli Post, Hosur 635110, Tamil Nadu. Fortunately, there is no loss or injury to human life and the fire was controlled with the help of fire tenders in few hours. There is damage happened to plant and machinery etc. and Company is in the process of ascertaining the loss caused by fire. Further, Company has initiated necessary procedure for insurance claim as Company's assets are adequately covered with the insurance. Company is also in the process of arranging supply to its esteemed OEM customers temporarily from other Units and also taking adequate and swift actions to ensure re-functioning of the affected Plant at the earliest.
