Further, the Company has informed that in terms of Andhra Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed form 30th January, 2018 to 10th February, 2018 (48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting) for the Directors/ Designated Persons of the Bank/ Connected Persons and that the Trading Window will open on 11th February, 2018.
