Hindusthan National Glass & Industries has informed that the Trading Window, as defined in the Company’s Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from 5th February, 2018 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 12th February, 2018 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting.
