Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Electrosteel Steels has informed that the RP shall hold a Meeting with the Key Managerial Personnel on Monday, 12th February, 2018, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017. In connection with the above, the Trading Window as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company shall remain closed from Monday 5th February, 2018 to Wednesday 14th February, 2018.
