SpiceJet is exploring possibilities to introduce seaplanes on Brahmaputra in state of Assam, making the river the largest waterways in the world.
The low-cost carrier also aims to help the agriculture sector of the state and has begun transporting consignments of fresh vegetables and fruits from it to other parts of the country.
SpiceJet is among the first private companies that stepped into the Indian aviation sector.
