Further, as per the provisions of the Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from February 07, 2018 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2017 to the public.
