Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jet Airways (India) has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on 14 February 2018, to approve the Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 31 December 2017. In this connection, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 6 February 2018 to 16 February 2018. The trading window shall open from 17 February 2018.
