Santowin Corporation has received an approval and has initiated the process for incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary in UAE. The company has received the approval at its board meeting held on July 28, 2011.
Recently, Santowin Corporation had started operation in Ghana for exploring Gold from the mines in Ghana. The company’s representative had formed 100% subsidiary of Indian Company in Ghana and now the transaction shall take place in few days.
The company was also negotiating few more projects in Ghana, such as Education and Development in Real Estate.
