Salguti Industries has received an approval to sell the structures standing and/or any part or portion thereof along with Land & Building including electrification thereof on a slump sale basis on an ‘as is where is’ basis or in any other manner as the Board may deem fit in the interest of the Company situated at Gollapalle Village, Jedcharlla Gramapanchayat, Mahaboobnagar, Telangana at such price, not less than Rs 8.30 crore. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on February 08, 2018, approved the same.
