Pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Advani Hotels and Resorts (India) has informed that the Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Sunder G Advani as Managing Director and Haresh G Advani as Executive Director for a period of 5 years with effect from March 1, 2018 subject to the approval of the shareholders. An extra-ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the company will be convened on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Mumbai to seek the approval of the shareholders for the above proposals.
