Bal Pharma has received an approval for signing the Joint Venture (JV) agreement with Akaal Pharma, Melbourne, Australia for development and marketing of veterinary medicines. ‘AB Vet Pharma’ is being floated in Melbourne , Australia as a joint venture Company (JVC) and Bal Pharma will hold 50% stake in the said JVC. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 14, 2018, approved the same.
