Wyeth has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 28, 2012, appointed Aijaz Tobaccowalla as an additional director effective today i.e. June 28, 2012 and noted the resignation of Kewal Handa as managing director and director of the company with effect from end of day August 15,2012.
Further, Aijaz Tobaccowalla was appointed as managing director of the company effective commencement of business August 16, 2012, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting and the central government.
