Indian Acrylics trades in green on the bourses

Indian Acrylics is currently trading at Rs. 17.30, up by 0.05 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 17.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 17.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 17.60 and Rs. 17.10 respectively. So far 70,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 24.60 on 24-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.25 on 30-Oct-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 20.45 and Rs. 17.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 234.11 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.07% and 40.04% respectively.

Indian Acrylics has received an approval for expansion of capacity of Spinning Mill by adding additional 6500 spindles at an estimated cost of Rs 32 crore to increase the production of worsted Acrylic Yarn. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 14, 2018, approved the same.

Indian Acrylics is the largest and most efficient acrylic fiber manufacturer of India and an important player in the global industry with exports to Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
