Aricent Infra gains on getting nod to invest in Alag Nirman

Aricent Infra is currently trading at Rs. 154.20, up by 0.05 points or 0.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 154.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 150.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 154.30 and Rs. 150.10 respectively. So far 9628 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 156.50 on 25-Jun-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3.06 on 30-Jun-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 156.50 and Rs. 146.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 287.20 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 4.13% while Non-Institutions held 95.87% respectively.

Aricent Infra has received an approval to invest in Alag Nirman by way of subscribing 3,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at Rs 50 including premium of Rs 40 each, and 5,00,000 6% unsecured optionally convertible debentures of Rs 100 each. The board at its meeting held on June 28, 2012 has approved for the same.

Recently, the company received an approval for opening of corporate office at Nasik for the expansion of business. The board gave the approval at its meeting held on May 30, 2012.
