RInfra shines on wining arbitration award of Rs 292 crore

Reliance Infrastructure (RInfra) is currently trading at Rs. 469.90, up by 15.05 points or 3.31% from its previous closing of Rs. 454.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 458.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 472.20 and Rs. 454.00 respectively. So far 282126 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 630.00 on 12-May-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 390.60 on 15-Nov-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 472.20 and Rs. 434.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12325.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.60%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 37.64% and 12.77% respectively.

Reliance Infrastructure (RInfra) has won an arbitration award of Rs 292 crore against Government of Goa. The Arbitration Tribunal, in its award on February 16, 2018, has ordered Government of Goa to pay Rs 292 crore to Reliance Infrastructure by April 15, 2018. The Tribunal has also ordered payment of interest at 15% P.A on the total award amount if Government of Goa fails to pay the entire award amount by the deadline.
