Somany Ceramics is seeking board’s approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Bhilwara Holdings (BHL), Sarvottam Vanijya (SVL) and Scope Vinimoy (SVPL) into itself for realignment of current promoters’ shareholding in the company. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on March 05, 2018, to consider the same.
